    By using L3bna, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

    1. Service Description

      • L3bna is an online platform acting as an intermediary between users and sports facility providers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    2. User Account

      • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

      • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

      • L3bna reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.

    3. Bookings & Payments

      • All bookings are subject to availability.

      • Users must complete payment through approved payment methods.

      • L3bna is not responsible for services provided by the sports facilities.

    4. Cancellation & Refunds

      • All cancellations and refunds are subject to L3bna’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

    5. Liability

      • L3bna acts solely as a booking intermediary.

      • The app is not liable for:

        • Facility service quality

        • Injuries, losses, or damages occurring at the facility

        • Responsibility lies with the facility and the user.

    6. Proper Use

      • Users must not use the app for any unlawful purposes or in violation of Saudi laws.

    7. Amendments

      • L3bna reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the app.
